4″ eFlow-CARs at 30 CFM were installed in all kitchen and bathroom exhausts throughout the entire building.
Southampton towers is part of Newport Waterfront complex. It is designed with the goal of providing a balanced lifestyle to its residents. The property stretches across several hundred beautifully landscaped acres with over 20,000 residents in 16 luxury rental towers. The community is a green oasis on the Hudson River, located directly across Manhattan.

The passive control element responds to duct pressure, and requires no electric sensors, pneumatic sensors or controls. eFlow-CARs promote high indoor air quality and energy savings.
