eFlow Constant Airflow regulators are installed at 595 Dean Street, a two-building mixed-income, mixed-use redevelopment project situated in Brooklyn, NY.
The complex is currently under construction and will yield a total of 798 units between the 23-story West Tower and 28-story East Tower. Residences will offer studio, studio alcove, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom layouts, with 240 homes designated for affordable housing. The development will also contain 72,600 square feet of public open space, ground-floor retail area, a 455-car parking garage.
eFlow-Constant Airflow Regulators were incorporated in the two building’s ventilation system design to automatically balance ventilation, promote high indoor air quality and energy savings. eFlow-CAR’s 3″ and 4″ were installed utilizing custom 4″ x 5″ CAR mounting plate for exhaust application. eFlow-CARs 5″ were installed utilizing 6″x6″ CAR mounting plate, also for exhaust application.
Pacific Park is developed by TF Cornerstone, designed by Handel Architects. TFC Pacific Park GC LLC is the general contractor on record. Installation of eFlow-CARs was undertaken by Martin Associates and Eastern Metal Works.
The manufacturers representative, SRS Enterprises, Inc, facilitated the sale of eFlow products for this project.
595 Dean Street is aiming for LEED Silver certification and is slated for completion in spring 2023.
