Midtown Row is rising as the new city center for Williamsburg, VA and will feature eFlow-Constant Airflow Regulator Assemblies.
Midtown Row offers four new mixed-use buildings with 70,000 sf of retail and housing for over 620 residents, two grocery shopping centers with community serving retail and a parking garage.
Broad Street Realty, which purchased the land for $13.3 million in 2017, describes the Midtown Row project as a curated retail experience and residential district, which includes restaurants, shops, apartments, entertainment, office space, as well as a village green featuring outdoor programming and community event space.
AES provided comprehensive civil site design and surveying services, Broad Street Realty is the company in charge of the project. Hourigan Construction Corp and JRC Mechanical are contractors on record.
Midtown Row is expected to be completed by late summer 2021.
