Moxy Hotel

Another Marriott Brand hotel, to feature  eFlow-Constant Airflow Regulators!

Moxy is Marriott’s national brand of “affordable luxury” hotels. Developed by Lightstone Group,the 13-story building at 112 East 11th Street spans 78,361 square feet and has  311 rooms, for an average size of about 250 square feet per room. In addition, the building features a restaurant and lounge in the cellar, a fitness center on the second floor, and a restaurant on the top level. The hotel is expected to open later this year.

Marriott is well known for providing an exceptional guest experience.  The designers of Marriott hotels strive to eliminate factors that could negatively impact the guest experience such as  poor ventilation and odors. Caribe Hilton Hotel

eFlow-Constant Airflow Regulators (CAR) installed at the Caribe Hilton Hotel, located in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Another Aloft Hotel Features eFlow-Constant Airflow Regulators!

Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. announced in 2016 that their new Aloft hotel located in  Secaucus, NJ would feature state-of-the-art technology.  The use of advanced technology extended to the hotel’s HVAC system with the installation of eFlow-Constant Airflow Regulators (CARs).
