211 Madison Avenue , NYC

Years of musty odors and poor indoor air quality at Morgan Court, NYC resolved by installing eFlow-Constant Airflow Regulators!

Morgan Court at 211 Madison Avenue , NYC is a 32 story building that has been described as having been “designed and built as a staple of elegance, luxury and prestige”. With just two residences per floor, this 28 story building offers an enviable level of privacy. Unfortunately, the building had been plagued with issues related to a poorly designed ventilation system. Thanks to eFlow Constant Airflow Regulators, The New York State Psychiatric Institute in NYC, now meets the AAALAC’s (Association for Assessment and Accreditation of Laboratory Animal Care) strict Indoor Air Quality standards!

eFlow USA is proud to announce that eFlow-Constant Airflow Regulator’s (CAR’s) played a pivotal role in helping The New York State Psychiatric Institute, located at 1051 Riverside Drive in NYC, meet the AAALAC’s (Association for Assessment and Accreditation of Laboratory Animal Care) strict Indoor Air Quality standards. The AAALAC is an international organization that promotes the humane treatment of animals in science. Moxy Hotel

Another Marriott Brand hotel, to feature  eFlow-Constant Airflow Regulators!

Moxy is Marriott’s national brand of “affordable luxury” hotels. Developed by Lightstone Group,the 13-story building at 112 East 11th Street spans 78,361 square feet and has  311 rooms, for an average size of about 250 square feet per room. In addition, the building features a restaurant and lounge in the cellar, a fitness center on the second floor, and a restaurant on the top level. The hotel is expected to open later this year.

Marriott is well known for providing an exceptional guest experience.  The designers of Marriott hotels strive to eliminate factors that could negatively impact the guest experience such as  poor ventilation and odors. Caribe Hilton Hotel

eFlow-Constant Airflow Regulators (CAR) installed at the Caribe Hilton Hotel, located in San Juan, Puerto Rico. 

Ventilation accounts for 40 percent of the energy consumption in most buildings. Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. announced in 2016 that their new Aloft hotel located in  Secaucus, NJ would feature state-of-the-art technology.  The use of advanced technology extended to the hotel’s HVAC system with the installation of eFlow-Constant Airflow Regulators (CARs).
