The RBC Gateway building located at 250 Nicollet Mall, Minneapolis, MN will feature eFlow-Constant Airflow Regulators for automatically balanced ventilation, high indoor air quality and energy savings.
eFlow supplied CARs in standard 6″ x 6″ mounting plates as well as custom designed dual CAR mounting plates to be installed at RBC Gateway.
eFlow custom manufactured 6″ x 10″dual CAR mounting plates to accommodate (2) 5″ CARs, each set to 100 CFM for the total of 200 CFM airflow rate requirement.
RBC Gateway, 508-foot, 37-story tower designed by Smallwood, Reynolds, Stewart, Stewart & Associates, Inc will be a stunning addition to the downtown Minneapolis skyline. This $330 million project is currently under construction. When completed in 2022, RBC Gateway will be one of the ten tallest buildings in downtown Minneapolis.
This stunning mixed-use building will be home to a Four Seasons Hotel, the U.S. headquarters of RBC Wealth Management, and 33 private condo residences. This is the tallest mixed-use tower to be built in the city in nearly 20 years.

eFlow-CAR is a simple solution to balancing ventilation systems. Constant Airflow Regulator is a device that automatically regulates airflows in ventilation systems to constant levels. The passive control element responds to duct pressure, and requires no electric sensors, pneumatic sensors or controls. eFlow-CARs promote high indoor air quality and energy savings.
